Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must hold a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with 16 years of education.
• The degree should be in disciplines such as Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Law, Media & Culture Studies, and others.
• A minimum of 60% marks is required in the qualifying degree.

Age Limit:

• The maximum age limit is 26 years.
• Age relaxation of three years is applicable to female candidates, transgender persons, candidates from minorities, and candidates from specific regions.

Pre-Induction Training:

• Selected candidates will undergo Applied Focused Theoretical Training at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad.
• Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Directors (OG-2) at SBP.

Compensation Packages:

• During the training program, trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000.
• Upon successful completion of the training, Assistant Directors (OG-2) will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 82,000.
