  • Proper and safe usage of cleaning equipment and reporting defects to the Home Manager.
  • Fulfilling any other reasonable instructions from the Home Manager.
  • Respecting residents' privacy and individual needs.
  • Compliance with COSHH regulations and infection control policies.
  • Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Following the color code system within the home.
  • Handling other ad hoc duties as requested by the Head Housekeeper or Home Manager.
  • Ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
  • Restocking trolleys at the end of the shift and maintaining clean and orderly cleaning cupboards.
