The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role. The role of the Branch Operations Manager will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the bank branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, implementation of AML/CFT regulations and security protocols, operational risk management, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations/policies from both an internal and regulatory perspective.
In addition, the Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. They will also be responsible for coaching and developing branch staff by providing training, guidance, and support as needed. The Branch Operations Manager will be expected to monitor and manage branch performance, including dormant activation and fee income, customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
