Job Duties:

As a Hotel Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or electronically
• Managing all reservations, including cancellations and modifications
• Warmly greeting guests, facilitating check-ins and check-outs
• Providing guest services such as offering local tour advice, general information, addressing issues, managing complaints and feedback
• Managing room allocations to accommodate various guest needs
• Handling lost property and ensuring its return to guests
• Assisting with airport transfers for guests
• Conducting opening and closing procedures at the reception desk
• General reception area cleaning
• Performing administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and reporting
• Offering support to the Housekeeping team as required
