Provide support in retention of existing clients and referral of international banking issues within trade services
Issue, advise and direct collections in accordance with Trade Services standards
Amend letters of credit and process documentation
Identify opportunities for growth opportunity through client referrals
Receive direction from leadership while developing understanding of trade services, policies, and procedures
Process complex letters of credit documentation
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, International:

Must have good sound knowledge of any proven experience in all Trade productions and be up to date with the latest ICC rules and regulations
Meet the qualifications of the CDCS (certified documentary credits specialist)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Teamwork, organizational skills and ability to prioritise
Strong communication skills
Pro-active and self-motivated, eye for detail
Proficient in the use of Office, including Word and Excel
