Key Responsibilities

Proofreads and types documents and correspondence produced by department.

Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mails. Maintains and routes publications.

Maintains office records, tabulates information, and tracks records.

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources.

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).

Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences,leaves, etc).

Key Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related.

Minimum Of Two Years HR, Administrative Or Clerical Experience.

Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Able to deal sensitively with confidential information.

Good oral and written English is essential.
