University of Narowal (Narowal) requires Project Staff purely on contract basis for the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Applications are invited from Pakistani/AJK Nationals for the following positions: Professor (Sports Sciences / Physical Education) BPS-21, Director (Sports / Physical Education) BPS-20, Deputy Director (Sports) BPS-18, System Administrator (ICT) / Assistant Director IT BPS-17, Assistant Director BPS-17, Assistant Treasurer / Accounts Officer BPS-17, Medical Officer BPS-17, Security Officer BPS-17, Library Assistant BPS-14, Junior Clerk BPS-11, Security Guard BPS-05, Ground Man BPS-02, Sweeper BPS-01, Naib Qasid BPS-01 and Mali BPS-01.

Required qualifications vary by post: PhD, M.Phil/MS, Master's degree, BS, MBA/M.Com/ACCA/ACCA, MBBS, Bachelor's degree, Higher Secondary School Certificate, Secondary School Certificate, or just literacy for the lowest grades.

Relevant teaching, research, sports organization, IT, accounts, medical, security, library and clerical experience is required as specified in the advertisement.

Age limits range from 18 to 50 years depending on the post, with age relaxation as per Government/University rules.

All appointments are made on a project/contract basis and the posts will be abolished after completion of the project; selected candidates will have no claim on regular appointments.

The University reserves the right not to fill any post or to withdraw an appointment without assigning any reason.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.

Dismissed or terminated employees, or those penalized by any university/government department/autonomous body/tribunal/court, are not eligible.

Applications for Professor must include six sets and four DVDs of credentials; applications for other posts require two sets of the online application form with attested copies of transcripts/DMCs, updated CV, photographs, NOC where applicable, and bank challan.

Foreign degree holders must attach HEC/BCC equivalence certificates.

The experience gained on a daily wage, part-time, honorary or apprentice basis will not be counted; experience in private entities will be accepted only if the entity is registered with SECP or Registrar of Firms.

The application processing fee is Rs. 3000 for BPS-21, Rs. 1000 for BPS-18 & 17, Rs. 500 for BPS-14 to 05, and Rs. 300 for BPS-02 & 01, payable in any Bank of Punjab branch (Account No. as per challan).

Original paid challan must be attached with the application, otherwise it will be considered incomplete.

The deadline for online submissions is 07-Sep-2026 at 14:00 PM.
