The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites applications from individuals for the position of Surveillance Assistant on lump sum pay package basis for the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Health and Population Department, Punjab, Lahore.

Eligibility: Graduation (14 years of education) in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent with at least Second Division from HEC recognized university.

Age limit: 45 years.

The positions are offered on contract basis under the Recruitment Policy 2022.

Candidates must have working knowledge of IT equipment like tablet and computer.

Quota for women, minority, and special persons is applicable.

Disabled candidates must attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with disability certificate.

Transgender are encouraged to apply.

Only candidates with domicile of Punjab are eligible.
