Sindh Higher Education Commission (Directorate of Strategic Planning) announces Sindh Blockchain Skills Development Initiative. 85% Scholarship by Sindh HEC & 15% Fee to be paid by the Student (only Rs. 5000).

Total Fee / Cost per student Rs. 33,300/-.

Program Highlights: 160 Students Across Sindh, 4 Leading Universities, Industry-Oriented Blockchain Training, Hands-on Smart Contract Development, Capstone Projects & Mentorship, Blockchain Security & Decentralized Apps, Cryptocurrency & Smart Contracts, Professional Certification Awarded.

Participating Universities: NED University of Engineering & Technology (Karachi), Institute of Business Administration (Karachi), Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (Jamshoro), Sukkur IBA University (Sukkur).

Who can apply: Undergraduate students of 3rd Year or Final Year, studying at Engineering / General University chartered by Government of Sindh.

Important Dates: Last Date for Registration: 25th June 2026.

Commencement of Classes: 13th July 2026.

Student Contribution: Only Pay Rs. 5,000.

Sindh HEC pays 85% of programme cost (Total Rs. 33,300/- per student).
