Relationship Manager (OG-III)

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking Relationship Managers (OG-III) for its Retail Banking division.

The role involves achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth, and consumer financing.

Key responsibilities include conducting daily customer/market visits, managing liability portfolio, identifying attrition risks, cross-selling bank products, maintaining high service quality, resolving customer queries, managing tail accounts, participating in market storming activities, maintaining MIS reports, ensuring compliance with banking laws, and adhering to SOPs.

The position requires minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized institution, at least one year of banking sales experience, strong sales management and interpersonal skills, geographical knowledge of the posting location, and proficiency in MS Office.

The candidate must have strong communication skills and knowledge of banking products.

The role is based in Karachi, Lahore, DG Khan, Gwadar, or Sukkur.

Employment is contractual for three years, renewable at management discretion.
