Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (Punjmin) is an autonomous body established under The Punjab Mineral Development Corporation Act, 1975, functioning under the administrative control of the Mines & Minerals Department, Government of Punjab.
For the past five decades, Punjmin has been actively engaged in the development and promotion of the mining sector across various regions of the province.
The Corporation is currently involved in the production and marketing of Coal, Rock Salt, Gypsum, Silica Sand, and Bauxite.
To support its ongoing projects and field operations across the Province of Punjab, Punjmin intends to engage the services of qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals on a Contingent Basis against multiple positions including Assistant Managers, Clerks, Engineers, Surveyors, and field staff.
The positions are project-based and located at various sites including Padhrar, Dandot, Jutana, Marmanadi, Quaidabad, Warala, Chapri, and Head Office in Lahore.
Daily wages are offered as per notified rates.
Candidates must meet the specified age limits and qualifications.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant mining sector experience.

Applicants shall be required to appear for interview at the address mentioned below on the specified dates during official working hours. Candidates must bring: Original CNIC, Original Educational Certificates, Experience certificates, Attested copies of CNIC, Domicile & Educational Certificates, Two recent passport-size photographs, and a written application clearly mentioning the position applied for, addressed to the Managing Director, Punjmin. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview. All appointments are purely on contingent basis and do not confer any right to permanent workman/regularization. Duration of appointment is until the end of financial year 2026-27 or completion of project. Preference to candidates with relevant mining experience. Equal opportunity employer.
