Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Head – Digital Banking. This role supports delivery of Classic projects. As Product Head for Digital Banking, you will be a part of a fast-paced, ambitious, delivery programme. The Product Head is expected to be an experienced and accredited professional who manages the end to end Digital product responsibilities including planning, coordinating activities across all resources necessary to deliver the Digital projects including change management activities.

The Product Head Digital Banking is responsible for

Initiate design and development of best in class global product suite based on local needs by providing feedback on opportunity and co-creating globally scalable solutions with central team
Managing the day-to-day running of the Digital Project(s) and execution
Ensuring that all submissions to committees (Closure Reports, etc.) are of the right quality and are timely delivered.
Delivering products and processes as per the country/regional/ group and regulatory requirements.
Execute the business strategy for Digital projects
Design and introduce new products, where necessary, which will bring value to overall business.
Accountability for growth in business drivers and P&L of Digital platforms
Identify opportunities to optimize portfolio mix in terms of product, product type or customers
