BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer)

with minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in construction.

organization.

Knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC and

Engineering (PCATP/PEC Registered where applicable) with minimum

08years post-qualification experience in planning, design, PC-l

preparation, BOOs, cost estimation and housing/infrastructure projects.

Maximum Age: 40 Years.

Bachelor's (16 Years Education) in Civil Engineering, Law, Business

Administration, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management from

an HEC-recognized University with minimum 08 years post-qualification

experience in procurement, tendering, contract administration and PRA

Rules.

Knowledge of FIDIC will be preferred.

Maximum Age: 40 Years.

BE/BSc Civil Engineering or Bachelor's in Architecture/Urban Planning

(PEC/PCATP Registered where applicable) with minimum 05 years post-

qualification experience in planning, design, BOQs, estimates and PC-I

preparation.

Maximum Age: 35 Years.

BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered) with minimum 03-05

years post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project execution

and quality control.

Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Maximum Ago: 35 Years.

MBA (Finance).

M.Com, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent with minimum 05

years post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, budgeting.

systems will be preferred.

DAE (Civil Engineering) or Bachelor's in Architecture/Civil Engineering

with minimum 03 years experience in engineering drawings, layouts,

BOQs and building infrastructure projects.

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration,

Law or Supply Chain Management with minimum 03 years relevant

experience in procurement, contract documentation and office

administration.

Maximum Age: 30 Years.

Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering) with minimum 03-05

years post-qualification experience in civil works, measurements, BOQs

and site supervision.

Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Dipioma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering) with minimum 03

years post-qualification experience in construction/site supervision.

Maximum Age: 30 Years.

DAE (Civill Architecture) or Diploma in CAD Drafting with minimum 03 years

experience in Auto CAD Revit.

Proficiency in Civil 3D.

MS Office and engineering

drafting is mandatory.

Maximum Age: 30 Years.

General Instructions

• Appointments shall be made purely on contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time,

subjectto satisfactory performance, organizational requirement, and mutual consent.

• Degrees/Certificates must be from HEC-recognized Universities/institutes.

Registration with PEC/PCATP/Bar

Council (where applicable) is mandatory.

• Preference shall be given to candidates having relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA,

C&W Departments, Government/Public Sector or Semi Government organizations.
