National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking talented, dedicated and experienced professionals for the following positions in the area of Human Resource Management: Senior Chief Medical Officer (VP/SVP), Learning Manager (AVP/VP), and Regional HR Business Partner (AVP).

The Senior Chief Medical Officer will lead the Health Management Wing, provide strategic direction for all medical services, develop and implement medical policies, oversee the panel of hospitals and healthcare providers, lead negotiations, supervise Regional Medical Officers, chair Medical Boards, ensure standardized medical fitness examinations, promote preventive healthcare initiatives, lead emergency medical preparedness, drive automation of healthcare processes, monitor healthcare utilization, and establish controls to prevent medical fraud.

The Learning Manager will oversee design and development of need-based training programs, structure training programs, conduct training courses, design long duration courses for new and promoted staff, organize seminars and workshops, and implement innovative training methodologies.

The Regional HR Business Partner will supervise all HR activities in the region, assist Senior HRBP, oversee planning and execution of Continuous Development Programs, supervise processing of staff benefits, handle staff complaints and grievances, ensure implementation of Bank's Code of Conduct, maintain MIS, and liaise with regulatory authorities.

Candidates must meet the basic eligibility criteria including relevant educational qualifications and experience.

The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of Management.
