National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), 'The Nation's Bank', is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professionals for the following positions in the area of Compliance based in Karachi:

1. Department Head - Transaction Monitoring (OG-I): Minimum Graduation, 4 years banking experience in Compliance, knowledge of AML/CFT laws, review AML alerts, ensure STR and regulatory reporting, conduct trainings.

1. Officer - Compliance Risk Management (OG-I): Minimum Graduation, 4 years banking experience with 1 year in compliance/risk management, review regulatory instructions, design KRIs, maintain CRM system, prepare compliance bulletin.

1. Unit Head - Regulatory Advisory (OG-1): Minimum Graduation, preference Master's, 4 years banking experience with 2 years in regulatory compliance/advisory, provide advice on SBP/SECP/FATF regulations, interact with SBP, review new product proposals.

1. Product Facilitation Unit Officer (PFUO) (OG-II / OG-I): Minimum Graduation, preference Master's in Islamic Banking/Finance/ACCA/CA, 2 years in financial institution with 1 year Shariah compliance/product development, review Shariah compliance of products, CAMs, syndicate financing documents.

1. Compliance Officer - Roshan Digital Account (RDA) (OG-II / OG-I): Minimum Graduation, preference Master's/CGSS, 2 years banking experience with 1 year sanctions screening/CFT, review/dispose of sanctions screening alerts in Safe Watch against RDA accounts, raise RFIs, maintain MIS.

1. Training & Development Officer (OG-III / OG-II): Minimum Graduation, preference Master's in Finance/Islamic Banking/ACCA/CA, 1 year relevant experience, design training programs in Islamic banking, ensure SBP and Shariah Board compliance, coordinate seminars/workshops.

1. Sanction Analyst (OG-III / OG-II): Minimum Graduation, preference Master's, 1 year banking experience in sanctions screening/CFT, review and dispose of sanctions screening alerts in Safe Watch against NTB/home remittance/SWIFT/FACE transactions, escalate suspicious cases, maintain MIS.

Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview. Employment will be on contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion. Compensation package and other benefits will be offered as per Bank's policy.
