Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a public sector listed company/State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) and the sole reinsurance entity of Pakistan, is pleased to offer on-the-job training opportunity as 'Management Trainee Officer' (MTO) initially for a period of one year.

Applicants meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria will be required to appear for a written test conducted by Open Testing Service (OTS).

Number of vacancies: 10.

Minimum monthly stipend during traineeship: Rs.70,000/-.

Maximum age limit: 27 years as on closing date of the advertisement.

Required Qualification: Fresh graduates having Master's degree or four years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from a local/foreign institute/university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in the field of Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, or equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2 CGPA out of 4.0 CGPA / 3 CGPA out of 5.0 CGPA; OR Equivalent Professional qualification of ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA and PIPFA.

Candidates shall not be entitled to any TA/DA while appearing for the written test/interview. 5.
