Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW), a government-owned shipyard in Pakistan, invites applications from suitable candidates for the following positions on a contract basis: Fitter (01 post), Seaman Khallasi (01 post), Mechanical Fitter (01 post), and Electrician (01 post).

The required qualifications and experience are: For Fitter: Middle/Matric with minimum 02-03 years experience in the relevant field; candidates having relevant trade course will be preferred.

For Seaman Khallasi: Middle/Matric with minimum 02-03 years experience of rope handling; candidates having swimming skills will be preferred.

For Mechanical Fitter: Matric preferably DAE (Mechanical) with minimum 02-03 years experience in the relevant field; candidates having relevant trade course will be preferred.

For Electrician: Matric preferably DAE (Electrical) with minimum 02-03 years experience in the relevant field; candidates having wireman license will be preferred.

Age limit is up to 45 years for all positions.

Relaxation in age limit may be given for extraordinary candidates.
