Project Director / Program Head

The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professionals holding Punjab domicile for appointment on a contract basis under the development project 'Punjab Frontier Tech Skills Acceleration & ICT for Girls Project.' The project is LMS based exclusively online training programs which aim at development of frontier technology skills, promote digital inclusion, empower girls through enhanced access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education while fostering the adoption of emerging technologies to accelerate sustainable economic growth across the Province.

The following positions are being offered: Project Director / Program Head (1 post, maximum age 55, salary Rs. 796,000/- per month), Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (1 post, maximum age 55, salary Rs. 437,000/- per month), Manager Finance & Accounts (1 post, maximum age 55, salary Rs. 437,000/- per month), Manager Procurement & Contracts (1 post, maximum age 55, salary Rs. 437,000/- per month), Assistant Manager IT & Data (1 post, maximum age 40, salary Rs. 306,000/- per month), and Project Assistant (2 posts, maximum age 30, salary Rs. 105,000/- per month).

The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. Applicants possessing the required qualifications and experience may apply by August 26, 2026 up to 5:00 pm. Applicants are required to clearly mention the position they applied for in the covering letter, and attach HEC attested educational credentials, CV and other supporting documents. Applicants intending to apply for more than one post shall submit separate applications for each post, together with a complete set of required documents with each application. Applications received on or before the deadline will be considered for further processing. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Applicants currently employed in government service / Semi Government service / Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), or the relevant regulatory forum, failing which their application shall be rejected. Individuals having relevant experience with government, semi-government and autonomous bodies are encouraged to apply.
