Supply Chain Manager & Senior Buyer

Imtiaz Supermarket, a leading retail chain in Pakistan, is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals for the positions of Supply Chain Manager and Senior Buyer (Fruits and Vegetables) for its operations in Islamabad and Abbottabad.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process for the fruits and vegetables warehouse, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Key duties include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels to minimize waste, coordinating with transportation providers, and ensuring timely delivery of fresh produce to stores.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management, preferably in the retail or food industry, with proven leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Buyer will focus on sourcing and purchasing high-quality fruits and vegetables from local and international suppliers.

Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring market trends, ensuring product quality and freshness, and collaborating with the supply chain team to forecast demand.

The candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, a keen eye for quality, and at least 3 years of experience in buying fresh produce.

Both positions require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
