HEC Overseas PhD Scholarships 2026 June/July

Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan is offering Overseas PhD Scholarships for the academic year 2026 under the US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor project.

These scholarships are aimed at Pakistani nationals to pursue full-time PhD studies in renowned universities in the United States.

The scholarships cover tuition fees, living expenses, health insurance, and travel costs.

Fields offered include Life Sciences and Medicines, Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Social Sciences and Management, and Arts and Humanities.

Applicants must have a Master's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 16 years of education and a strong academic record.

Proficiency in English is required.

The selection process will be based on academic merit, research potential, and an interview.

Successful candidates will be placed in top US universities.

The scholarship duration is up to 5 years.
