Engro Fertilizers Ltd, a leading fertilizer manufacturer in Pakistan, offers apprenticeship opportunities under the Sindh Apprenticeship Act-2023 at their Daharki manufacturing site.

The program aims to provide hands-on training in various trades to both male and female candidates.

Trades include Chemical Plant Operator, Mechanical Technicians (Shop Machinist, Millwrights, Pipe Fitters, Welders), Draftsman (Mechanical & Civil), Auto Technician, Electricians, Instrument Technicians, Laboratory Technicians, Inspection Technicians, HSE Technicians, and Computer Operator.

Eligibility: Matric (Science) with minimum C-grade, plus relevant DAE, F.Sc., B.Sc., or B.Tech qualifications with at least 2nd division.

All qualifications must be from government-recognized institutes.

Maximum age 25 years as of 28-02-2027.

Post Masters and Engineering degree holders are not eligible.

Candidates can apply for only one post.

The apprenticeship promotes diversity and encourages female applications in selected trades.

The selection process includes a test conducted by NTS.
