Engineering Development Board Jobs 2026 - Project Manager, Specialists, Analysts, Assistants

The Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for various positions under the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program on open contract basis initially for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance.

Positions are Islamabad based with nationwide visits.

Required positions include: Project Manager PAVE Program (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline with 10-12 years experience in public sector programs, EV/energy sector or large-scale incentive programs.

Age 35-65.

Financial/Banking Specialist (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, CA/ACCA or relevant with 4-7 years experience in banking, finance, SME lending or risk management.

Age 25-50.

Accounts/Audit Specialist (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in Accounting/Finance (CA/ACCA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred) with 4-7 years experience in accounts, audit or financial compliance.

Age 25-50.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in Economics, Engineering, Statistics or MBA with 4-7 years M&E experience in public programs or incentive schemes.

Age 25-50.

Information Technology Specialist (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or relevant with 4-7 years experience in MIS/database systems and digital platforms.

Age 25-50.

Financial/Banking Analyst (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in Finance, Economics, Business, CA/ACCA or relevant with 2-5 years experience.

Age 25-45.

Accounts/Audit Analyst (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in CA/ACCA, MBA or relevant with 2-5 years experience.

Age 25-45.

Procurement/Contracts Analyst (1 post): Minimum 16 years education in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law or relevant with 2-5 years experience in procurement/contract administration.

Age 25-45.

M&E Assistants (2 posts): Minimum Intermediate or equivalent with 2 years experience in government/semi-government project environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and official drafting required.

Age 25-45.

Assistants (Accounts, Banking, IT & M&E) (4 posts): Minimum Intermediate or equivalent with basic computer skills, office coordination and record management experience preferred.

Age 25-45.
