Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) is a public sector company established for the purpose of Energy Infrastructure Development and Management. EIDMC is actively seeking qualified professionals for the following five positions:

1. Director (Technical): Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering from a recognized university. Master's in Project Management/Engineering Management preferred. Registered Professional Engineer with PEC. Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in energy infrastructure/transmission/distribution/renewable energy projects. Experience in EPC contracts and donor-funded projects preferred. Maximum age 50 years.

1. Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement): Bachelor's in Engineering/Business Administration/Commerce/Supply Chain Management. Master's or professional certification (PMP, MCIPS, etc.) preferred. Minimum 8 years experience in procurement and contract management in energy, transmission, infrastructure, EPC, public sector/donor projects. Maximum age 45 years.

1. Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering): Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Master's preferred. Registered with PEC. Minimum 8 years experience in design and engineering of transmission lines and substations, including drawings, calculations, technical specifications, and tender documents. Maximum age 45 years.

1. Deputy Director (HR & Administration): Bachelor's in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/Business Administration (HRM). Master's preferred. Minimum 8 years experience in HR management/administration/governance in public/private sector. Maximum age 45 years.

1. IT Officer: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering. Professional certifications preferred. Minimum 7 years experience in IT operations/infrastructure deployment/ERP/SAP/software systems management. Minimum age 40 years.

All positions are on contract basis initially for 3 years (3 months probation), extendable subject to performance. Market-based compensation package. Contract not regularized or pensionable.
