Scope of RoleThe position could be accountable to help the ER/IR Manager in planning, coordinating, implementing and managing welfare, self-discipline and all aspects of statutory compliance for PCI direct and contracted / contingent work pressure.
He/she is going to guarantee all disciplinary violations are investigated with in stipulated time and actions are taken strictly as per the native labor legal guidelines. He/she could be the focal individual on redressal of staff’ grievances. He/ she can even help in settlement of all sorts of labor and industrial associated disputes and shall coordinate / liaise with Labor Department, Govt Agencies and CBA Union when required.
He/she is going to facilitate the Manager ER/IR in negotiations with the CBA Union(s) together with analyzing the scenario, floor work, suggesting choices accessible, getting ready monetary evaluation if the scenario includes monetary impacts and facilitate in agreements with CBA.
During the course of guaranteeing ER & IR compliance, the position would work together with Govt officers and focus on related points, search essential alignments and execute selections agreed. He/ she could be a lead in all staff’ welfare actions encompassing the affairs of canteen, laundry transport, obligation timings, additional time, WPPF, Umrah and Hajj attracts and any such areas associated to staff.
The position includes in depth coordination internally and externally and subsequently would require experience in negotiating expertise. Mandate of this place is to make sure Indutrial Peace, whole Human Rights & Statutory Compliances, managing CBA Unions and welfare of staff whereas guaranteeing moral practices.
Lead staff welfare intiatives and facilitate staff on firm sponsored advantages to incorporate Hajj and Umrah packages, Annual Rewards and Dinners. Strategize and implement brief and long run actions to address, scale back and keep away from welfare associated operational and administrative considerations.
Lead Statutory Compliance for PepsiCo Employees together with Contractors Licenses, EOBI, PESSI, GLI, Education Cess, Medical / Death Claims.
Support Time Office Manager to make sure compliance on attendance, working Hours, Overtime, Leave and wages.
Lead annual screening,working, auditing and disbursement of Bonuses and Workers Profit Participation Funds.
Liaison with Govt departments in all sorts of Industrial licenses, Labor disputes and implications of Govt’s labor associated selections.
Lead implemention of statutory / Human Rights controls via Human Resource Information System (HRIS), conduct match evaluation and counsel periodic enhancements to swimsuit enterprise wants and higher controls throughout routine operations..
Back up Manager ER / IR on ER / IR points in his absence.
Back up Manager Time Office & Manager Employees Benefits of their absence.
Key Skills/Experience Required
Expert negotiations & investigation expertise.
Advance degree in Local Labor Laws and understanding of Human Rights Policies.
Experience in Human Resource Core Areas.
Experience of dealing with Unionized Staff / CBA, ideally in MNCs.
