Branch Manager (AVP)

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), the Nation's Bank, aims to support the financial well-being of the Nation and enable sustainable growth.

It is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professionals for the position of Branch Manager (AVP) in the area of Retail Banking.

The individual will report to the Regional Head and must have minimum Graduation from an HEC recognized university; candidates with Master's degree will be preferred.

Minimum 06 years of experience in commercial banks is required, out of which at least 03 years as Branch Manager and/or Branch Operations Manager and/or Relationship Manager or in a similar role.

Female Branch Managers who are on a career break (not more than 3 years) are encouraged to apply.

Branch Manager duties include: overall management of branch affairs, development of consumer liabilities and wealth management business (Conventional & Aitemaad), achievement of targets/KPIs through meeting branch sales objectives, implementation of sales strategies, meeting ETB and NTB customers for deposit generation, marketing retail banking products, ensuring service delivery to the highest competitive standards, initiating customer satisfaction reviews, resolving complaints, executing the branch's annual business plan and budget, focusing on core deposit generation, managing customer attrition, implementing cost-saving initiatives, conducting performance evaluations, mentoring staff, reviewing reports, monitoring internal controls, ensuring compliance with banking laws and AML/KYC policies, managing staffing and succession planning, maintaining documentation, addressing audit observations, ensuring Shariah compliant environment at IBWs, completing processes within TAT, following SOPs, and performing any other assignments as assigned.

Place of posting includes Quetta, Kalat, Sargodha, Islamabad, Murree District, Karachi, Lower Kohistan, Sost-Tehsil Gojal, Tehsil Gujjar Khan, Sialkot, Sukkur, Khairpur Mirs, and Abdul Hakeem Tehsil Kabirwala.

The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed at the discretion of Management.
