Description

Job Purpose

Provide support to the International Banking Group businesses through regular detailed P&L MIS and analysis
Regular improvement in the MIS generation process to attain maximum automation
Assist in setting up & maintaining a strong control environment for reporting – GL recons, Dealer Signoffs, Checks & Balances, etc.
Support for adhoc reporting requests from business on a case to case basis

Key Result Areas

Produce  detailed  &  accurate  desk  wise  P&L  reporting  for treasury  with maximum automation and control framework
Ensure adequate documentation & supporting for monthly investment valuation process
Ability to handle customer level profitability MIS process, drive improvements and manage queries of relevant stakeholders in relation to CPR
Drive reporting enhancements in all spheres of financial reporting in line with expectations from business.
Ability to build robust system of controls to align financials to financial and management reporting processes.
Assist in conducting financial reviews by providing detailed MIS and facilitate management action by identifying and monitoring key indicators
Assist in segment initiatives tracking as per the three year strategy plan
Prepare Sales/productivity related MIS
To provide support to design templates for efficient information gathering, consolidation and timely updates during the annual planning and monthly forecasting exercise.
Ensure proper recognition of revenues and expenses of the business
To  represent  Finance  m  core  banking  implementation  and  management reporting  change  project  by engaging  with the  relevant stakeholders  and ensuring all reporting  requirements  and  enhancements  are factored in the implementations. Timely and accurate financials & analytics

Knowledge Skills & Experience

CA/CFA preferably having an experience of 2-3 years experience m MIS related activities
Should possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of commonly used packages
Excellent PC skills and should be seamlessly able to work with all Microsoft application, in specific excel and power point.
Should be an extrovert capable of interacting different departments and senior people in the bank
Working knowledge of Bloomberg system preferred
