Assistant Director

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals having requisite qualification and experience to fill the following posts on contract basis in National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) in Federal Government.

The post of Assistant Director (BPS-17) has 04 vacancies with an age limit of 30+5=35 years.

Quota distribution: Merit=1, Punjab=2, KP=1.

Required education is 16 years of education in Peace and Conflict Studies, IR, Media & Communication Studies, Strategic Studies, Cyber Security, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Digital Forensics from any HEC approved institution.

Experience required: 0-2 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Candidates having experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital investigations, Online Research, and Analytical Reporting will be preferred.

Relevant international certificates shall be an added advantage.

The candidate should be capable of developing and managing AI/Software applications, media management, basic administration, education, specialized knowledge in peace and conflict resolution, narrative building, and counter terrorism and extremism.

The period of contract would be initially for six months and likely to be permanent on the basis of performance evaluation.

Age relaxation rules apply as per Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 1993.

Minimum and maximum age shall be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.
