Software Developers & Others - APSACS Secretariat Rawalpindi

Army Public Schools & Colleges System (APSACS) Secretariat, Rawalpindi, invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions: Software Developer (2), Coordinator Training & Evaluation Department (2), IT Assistant (1), and Subject Specialist - Biology (A-Level) (1).

The positions are based at the APSACS Secretariat in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

For Software Developer: Candidates should hold an MS or BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a relevant field from a reputed university.

They must have 5-10 years of experience in web-based application development using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, JavaScript, Bootstrap and jQuery, and MS SQL Server.

Knowledge of full software design life cycle, the ability to deploy applications on virtual machines, and experience with Power BI for data analysis are preferred.

For Coordinator Training & Evaluation Department: Candidates require a Master's degree in Education, English or a relevant field from a reputed university as a regular candidate; M.Phil or MS degree will be preferred.

A minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience is required, with some experience in a leadership or mentorship role.

Prior experience in training teachers, conducting workshops, or working in curriculum/academic coordination is essential.

Experience with classroom observations, school evaluations and report writing is also required.

Certification in teacher training or evaluation will be an added advantage.

For IT Assistant: Candidates need diplomas in Media Science or relevant fields from a reputed university, with 5-7 years of experience in IT support, graphic designing, animation, video editing, networking and other IT-related tasks.

For Subject Specialist Biology (A-Level): Candidates must have a Masters/MS/MPhil in a relevant field from a reputed university.

They should have 5-8 years of teaching experience at O/A level, with in-depth knowledge of curriculum development and exam paper setting for the Cambridge (CAIE) system.

Awareness of latest education reforms, CAIE certification of subject-based courses, experience in school evaluations, multitasking ability and good ICT skills are required.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview with original certificates of qualification and experience.
