Content Development & :
Ensure all the products are listed correctly in our own website & market places

Competition bench marking

To work closely with the buying team and e-Commerce manager to deliver the addition of any new ranges onto the website and marketplace for in store and e-Commerce unique lines

To develop a strong working partnership with the e-Commerce buying representative to ensure all content information is completed accurately to an agreed deadline.

To work closely with Web Team and the buying team to ensure any missing info or mistakes in the content are corrected immediately.

To work closely with Web Team and the team on the photo shoot schedules and ensuring all samples are ordered for the agreed date and for the correct location by the buying team.

To inform the buying team of the photo schedules, in line with the critical path and ensuring all photo samples are available for the shoot and the buying team has labelled them correctly in line with Web Team requirements.

To work with the logistics team to ensure they have visibility of the photo schedule and that trucks, drivers and carpenters are made available.

To ensure all data of products used in shots is entered correctly in the agreed sheet format

To ensure products used in shots are correctly labeled as samples, store & warehouse stock

To cross-check the physical items at the photo shoot and identify/segregate as damaged or ok

To arrange the return of stocks to warehouse and stores with the logistics teams as per an agreed schedule

To review the website content on a weekly basis and reporting any errors to Web Team

Category Management:
Responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS analytics for Concept /Brand merchandise based on actual , sales forecasts, company order parameters, inventory checks, Inventory reconciliation with Market place, forth coming events, replenishment needs.

Responsible in the creation of merchandise/seasonal plans for the Concept/Brand based on insights gained from merchandise analytics, customer preference, historical and current fashion trends.

Responsible in weekly /monthly reporting the concept/brand on sales, stock, margins, replenishment

Working closely with the Brand Team(s) and Category Manager(s) to implement sales and promotional plans, provide competitor pricing intelligence and manage online inventory and ranges effectively.

Responsible for effective in season management (stock balancing, markdown management, stock analysis, stock vs sales performance)

Responsible for optimum category inventory levels are maintained at Category level keeping in mind online trading

Responsible for excess Category inventory is not maintained at the warehouses and ensure flow of stock back to Concept/Brand

To work building relationships with Concepts/Brand and Warehouse jointly with the concepts co-ordinate promotions and develop online exclusive promotions that align to the concept and online marketing calendar

Core Competencies:
Experience or working in retail, ideally in Homewares and Furniture.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior and executive management

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail

Preferably form Ecom Hybris background
