Candidate should be fully conversant with PPRA rules, Government schedule of rates, market rates system, and preparation of tender documents, supervision, and execution of projects. bill verification and coordination with consultants and contractors. Will also be responsible for the development and execution Ot new projects and up-gradation, maintenance, and improvements of existing projects. building Construction supervision and experience of ling with the commercialization of property will be an added advantage.
