Dezart Joinery Works Jobs 2022Description

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Close coordination with General Manager, Operation Manager, Production Manager, Estimator, and all the team member to oversee the different aspects of the projects and the overall progress of every project.
  • Provide project /coordination to all the team members to ensure that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Responsible in Petty Cash Custodian role to handle the petty cash funds and able to prepare reports for daily and monthly petty cash replenishment, and petty cash request for payments & reimbursements.
  • Responsible in managing the MIS for tracking the project milestones and deliverables.
  • Accountable in preparing the Progress Report for Production and Accounts Department.
  • Accountable in preparing Quotation, BOQ, Job Orders, and more.
  • Accountable in preparing all project related documentation works such as (Pre-Qualification, Submittal, Purchase Agreement, Commission Letter, Warranty Certificate, and more)
  • Responsible in providing administrative and support as needed.
  • Responsible in managing and maintaining all project related paper works and data by ensuring that all necessary documents are current, properly filed, and stored.
  • Knowledgeable in Project Cost Report and Program Schedule.
  • Monitor all communication channels including but not limited to email and telephone notifications providing prompt responses.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a ’s degree holder.
  • Proven work experience as a Administrative Officer.
  • Must possess thorough knowledge in documentation management and ability to use project management tools such as  Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and good communication skills.
  • Attention to details even under pressure.
