About the job

Based at our MENA head office in Dubai, you will become a part of Arla’s in-house agency, The Barn. We are a team of 14 colleagues dedicated to the creation of content for digital channels, digital strategy and digital media executions.

As a part of our team, you will assist our digital media buyers and programmatic specialists by providing hands-on planning, tracking, and reporting of digital campaigns. Specifically, you will:

Craft digital plans with a clear rationale justifying the choice of channels, selection of buying model, targeting and optimization with respect to the marketing KPIs at hand.
Analyse campaign performance and recommend tactical changes to maximise performance
Gather insights from ongoing campaign reports and showcase how those insights are being utilized to optimize future campaigns.
Perform in-flight optimisation of digital campaigns using our global ad-tech ecosystem and Analytics 360
Assist with data and KPI analyses and digital testing to understand and reach relevant audiences and develop optimal consumer journeys
Work in synergy with our content team to ensure they are involved in all digital projects and deliver material request forms to the internal or external creative team to guarantee the delivery in a digital optimized assets.

Who are you?

You have 4-5 years of experience in digital media planning, preferably within the FMCG industry. You have strong analytical skills and are good with stakeholder , making easy for you to translate technical campaign data for a wide range of audiences. It is also vital that you are tenacious, with a drive to get things done. Furthermore, you:

Have experience with digital ad ops – specifically with executing and assisting on digital campaigns – from a similar position, a job or an internship
Have experience extracting reports from platform specific campaign manager across Meta, Google, etc.
Possess knowledge of digital ad ecosystems (Analytics, Ad Server, DSPs, etc.) as well as Facebook/Instagram, DSP and programmatic media buying (preferably DV360)
