  • Perform administrative duties and provide full , personal assistance.
  • Coordinate diary , and composition of communications, letters, memos, emails etc, on a need basis. Monitor and redirect, where appropriate.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel in the execution of day-to-day communications, consolidation of information for the region on financial reporting and presentation materials, etc.
  • Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the office independently in the absence of the manager.
  • Schedule, co-coordinate and organize conferences/meetings as required, both internal and external customers.
  • Book business travel and accommodation.
  • Operate and maintain files, ensuring /confidentiality at all times.
  • Close liaison with both Abbott internal personnel, in-country and worldwide, and external customers.
  • Multi-task in different work situations, varying environments and people.
  • Adapt and take initiative in varying work tasks-responsibilities and situations.
  • Prioritize and effectively manage time (time management) to ensure that a given task is completed efficiently.
  • Organize meeting and travel schedules, including presentations etc.
